The moon is rising and I feel comforted by it. Since my return from the grave, I have pondered why it is that I feel better at night, but no immediate answers have come to me. It is not the darkness I embrace, but the cool bath of lunar radiance. I suppose I should simply accept that it is yet another difference owed to my new state of being and be done with it.
