"FWO is a 3D MMORPG that brings to life the popular comic Fung Wan or Feng Yun by Hong Kong comic author Ma Wing Shing.

Unlike most MMORPGs that use generic quests, generic items and generic NPCs to create re-playability, our game includes unique NPCs, items and quests. Unique NPCs that are killed stays dead, unique items found can never be found again but must be wrested from its user and unique quests that have been completed will determine the course the story takes. This provides players with an opportunity to truly experience the chaotic and dangerous martial arts world where powerful martial artists vie with each other to control the powerful legendary items."

A story long weaved over and over again by ancient mouths under cold autumn moons to young eager ears are the tale of a legendary martial artist, Wu Ming. It tells of a young martial artist, whom after a mere 19 years scaled his way to become the best swordsman to grace the lands of China. Threatened by Wu Ming’s conquest of the martial arts world, leaders of the Three Families and Seven Clans challenged him to a duel amongst the peaks of Yellow Mountain. On that day, the soil of the mountain bathed crimson with the blood of the leaders that fell as they succumbed to the cold steel of Wu Ming’s blade. Many died a humiliating death, and those who were barely alive were exiled by their own shame. Pandemonium spread like an epidemic amongst the clans as they crumbled and fell apart, leaderless. It was some time before the dust settled, and once again factions slowly formed, as strong as ever.
