There are several methods available for updating to the Hellbound update.
Update your game client through the game updater.
Download the PTS to Live Conversion file from the official web site if you played on the Hellbound Public Test Server. Be sure to "Check Files" to make sure you download all necessary files.
Please be aware that your characters will be moved to the closest village during the server downtime in preparation for the Hellbound update. Chaotic characters will be re-located outside of the nearest village or to Floran Village.
