Worldpay no longer a supported payment method for LOTRO.
With regret and due to circumstance beyond our control, Codemasters Online are no longer able to offer Worldpay as a payment solution for our LOTRO subscribers. This means that in order to continue your subscription to LOTRO you will need to create a new payment agreement with one of our other existing payment providers; Click & Buy or Paypal.
To do this please visit
www.codemasters.com/cog and sign in using your existing account details. Once you are signed in...
1) Choose the subscription you wish to change payment details on.
2) Select cancel against this subscription and then yes to confirm. This will cancel the Worldpay agreement you have set up.
3) Now click on "Account Homepage". The subscription's status will have changed to cancelled.
4) Now select "Reactivate Subscription".
5) This will take you through the payment agreement setup process once more allowing you to setup a new payment agreement with Paypal or Click and Buy.
To make your move over a little easier we've made available a selection of very special payment agreements for three month and six month subscriptions for the great price of £20.97 (26.58) and £41.94 (53.16) that's the equivalent to just £6.99 / 8.86 per month!
