Compose Skill
Compose allows you to create a song onto a score scroll that you can then equip and play with Playing Instrument skill.
The higher your Compose skill is the more MML you are allowed to input into a score, thus making a longer or more detailed song. You are only allowed to use up to 3 tracks per score scroll.

Learning to Rank D
The first step to Composing is learning the skill.
You can learn this skill by buying and advance reading the book called "
A Guide to Composing" from
Malcom in
Tir Chonaill's General Shop OR
Aeria at
Dunbarton's north-east area.
Once you've read the book, you will have to buy a blank score scroll from
Malcom or
Walter then use the Compose skill to create a score.
In this guide, we will start at
Aeria.
Aeria's shop sells all kinds of books. The composing related books are highlighted in red.
You will be able to get to rank D composing from this point.

In order to unlock
Nele's hidden shop, you must get him to like you. The best way to do this is to talk to him and give him gifts (drag-n-drop onto him).
He enjoys
Candlesticks. You can buy
candlesticks from
Kristell the Priestess infront of the Church in
Dunbarton. You may have to make a few round trips between
Nele and
Kristell.
Once
Nele's hidden shop is unlocked, it will look like this.
