Introduction:
Dark knight, not really my area of expertise. So, correct me if i'm wrong. But i do have some experience (hope you all read about my DW guide
). DK is a character that have the highest attack, sometimes defence and also HP. And i don't have to talk about where to train, you guys all know, right?
All low level DKs had great start, high defence, high attack. Leveled up faster than any other characters. But, as you leveled faster and faster, best way to obtain higher EX is to part a e-elf. High level e-elfs think you kill too slow. DK is mostly 1vs1 monster, all the e-elfs like cute little DWs with DS in LT and Atlans.
Remember when partying in LT, try to use the Twisting slash as often as posible, because if you don't, you give the e-elfs a empression that you are not killing fast enough. Speed in killing monsters is a critical thing for DKs, try using the crystal sword (which i'll talk about in a min).

DKs face many types of weapons,

ATK POW: 92-100
ATK speed: 30
Skill: cyclone cut, good for PvM
before version 9.3, a pair can do 183-275 (maybe it still can, i'm not too sure). Making twisting slash a lot faster with 30 speed. After version 9.3, a hidden dmg is applied when 2 swords is used together. Best for level 80-180
+9+luck CMS
ATK POW:105-134
ATK speed: 30
Skill: Hacking, fast and effetive when PvP
best and only choosable item for STR knights. Hacking skill have a range of 3, good for PKing and a laggy internet. Good for level 80-180 before adding AGI. (not recommanded)
+7 CS and +7 CDA
CS 176-286 CDA 178-291, speed is 40 & 35
Skill: cutting, bit slow even though regular ATK speed is fast. I consider this as the wrost skill in all the weapons, but also have the highest damage.
CS have extra a extra ice skill which is useful in slow your opponent down. But lowers your attack when hitting the 'iced' monster. Really fast when using Twisting slash.
But, CDA is a lot more expansive becuase it is made from the choas machine and it has a high attack. I will compare them deeper later in this guide.
+7 Blade and DBlade
(the exc. option +7speed i avioded, becuase it mainly dependes on your internet speed.)
ATK POW: 87-98 and Dblade 99-108
ATK POW (a pair): 178-273 and Dblade 191-283
(10% excellent dmg can infuluence about (100+100)/2*10%=10 dmg, double option 18dmg)
(lv/20 can add about 7 or 8, double option could result in about 14-16 dmg)
Fast cyclone attack is just made for training. A pair of these is the best item you can obtain right now. Highest speed with hidden dmg increase, best for training. level 140+
Above analysis indicates:
First choice: a pair of exc. Double blade or blade, high skill speed and regular speed. With highest attack power, best for training
CDA & CS: (see later comparison)
Crystal morning star: only choice for STR knights, high damage, medium speed, best for STR PK.
Lightning swords are for medium-high lvls, medium ATK POW, medium speed.

Comparison of Chaos Dragon Axe and Crystal sword:
Chaos Dragon Axe is the main weapon for DKs right now. Most people think CDA is stronger than CS (simply beuase of the higher damage), and CS requires more AGI.
-------------BUT---------------
Don't jump into conclusion just yet, i want to compare a +5 +6 +7 CDA and also a CS for you guys.
CDA +5 needs 398 STR 155 AGI
CS +5 needs 359 STR 202 AGI
-and- +5+4 CS needs 364 STR
Weapon speed: CDA=8+10+35= 53
CS =10+10+40= 60 (assumption of using scale set)
Now i'll be using the two monsters in LT to futher explain (hope everyone is familar with these two monsters).

Compare the columns "DmgPer53Speed", you can see clearly that Crystal sword does more damage to the monsters. If you get a +4 additional damage CS, it is going to add 9-12 more damage(per30speed) and only 4 damage for CDA.
Clearly you see here that CS is much better than CS, and not to mention the extra defense and the few attack speed you get for adding 50 more AGI. With the high AGI, Easier to wear the better items comming up in Tarkan. Sword of destruction and Black dragon set!
BUT, when PKing, CDA is the better to choose. Because of it's higher Attack per hit.

A new kind of DK, Blood knight
People some times choose this new option of DK, adding 1-2 STR 0-1 AGI and 3-4HP per level. That will gareentee them with a +life set and rings, reach about 6000HP when level 300. But, these DKs are extremly hard to level. None i saw was over level 200, rarely i see any of these.
When partying, they use a +4%HP +4%DD set. Tanking for others, but most parties would not want one of these DK. Simply because they can't kill monsters(thier low attack) and most people wouldn't need tanking.
When Pking they use a +4%life +4%reflect +0 set(leather is the best). Anyone could hit them a really high damage. Any level 300 DK can hit them 1000+ of HP. Reflect 32%(MAX) HP, and adding HP at the same time. Not many people can kill them. Most would just die themselves before doing 6000 damage to the HP DK.
These DK are really useful when playing soccer, no one can kill him without killing themself first. Again, these DKs are all rich, probably have a high lvl friend or have another character themselves to afford these great exc. sets.
I don't recommend this to anyone, because they lvl up slow. I just thought you guys wanted to know...

PK methods, DK vs DK
Daek knights could be considered to be the best character in MU. Not only it has high HP, but also have the highest attack. Maximum range of three (skill) is pretty good also.
When DK vs DK (if they have equally the same LVL STR AGI VIT everything) the 3 most important things are:
1. Your weapon, set
2. A head start
3. Usage of potions
Let's talk about the weapon and set. Weapons should have a high attack, and a fast skill. Excellent Creasent Axe +skill shuold be the best choice for PvP, but not everyone can get one. Highest attack you can get. for now. It's got a fast skill, also have the highest range (3) while aother skills have (2). Yep, it's the Hacking skill.
A set should have either high defense or a reflect set. I don't recommand a reflect set if you unless you have over 1500 HP. But a ring or one part of a set has reflect might help you a lot. When you opponent hits you, after reflecting even 5 damage back to him, he will be slowed down with a 'ahh'.
A head start in DK vs DK is critical to victory. One way is by getting a hacking skilled weapon. Second, is actually a bug that works every time.
First, wait for him to come to you. After he is about 3 or 4 steps away from you, you start running away from him. After 1 or 2 seconds, immediately press ctrl and right click on him.
At this time, you see yourself turned back and used your skill.
But, he sees you suddenly stopped and stood there (when you are walking towards him). Suddenly you appear out of nowhere, getting the first hit before he even got ready.
If he responds slowly to that, use the bug again.
Potion usage is easy, i think everyone knows (but i'll go over it anyways). Keeping pressing on Q before fighting, when fighting and after your opponent dies. Why keep on using health after you opponent dies? Because sometimes your opponent might have difference in internet speed, even though you see him killed, he might not, and continue doing damage on you. In no time, you'll end up in town with him.
Mana potions should be used any time when you only have about 18 mana left. Do not wait for it to refill itself, it will delay the skill.

Scamming prevention
I talked quite a bit about this in part I. I have a few more i want to share with you guys,
1. One method i heard from my other friend. He uses this for lower class items (he actually succeded once). First hw joins a party with an other player. Train with him for half hour or two, build up the relationship. Then asked to look at each other's set. My friend showed his set first, then the other player puts in one of his item, he pressed cancel and said his internet lags. The second time, just before the other player was about to put his item in the trading box, my friend cancelled the trade again. The +4+12+luck scale armor was dropped on the ground. LOL, i think my friend pratised for 2 month. Don't try that at home, hehe.
2. I actually used this before, but i'm not sure if it counts as scamming, hehe. I had a friend who went to server 5, went on yelling 'B> +3+12 legendary boots for 5 bless'. I stayed in server 1 and yelled out 'S> 3+12 leg boots for 2B1s'. In no time at all, the boots was sold.
3. These are poeple who are mentally retarded. They stay in a server a whole day and look for players who are friends. For example, he might see BOY and GIRL as real life friends. And he goes up to GIRL, making a character called B0Y (note: the real person is B O Y, the fake person is B (zero) Y), says he got hacked asking to borrow GIRL's set for a while. I hate these people.
NOTE ON TRADE HACK:
I think the only way a trade hack works is by modifying the speed of pressing buttons, you can't lose you times if you don't press the O. One way to test this, before trading press O first. If it pops up immediately, that guys got a trade hack. Cancel the trade. After you press O with hsomeone who's got a trade hack, he can take out the item, he is trading with and then press OK. One way to test this, before trading press O first. If it pops up immediately, that guys got a trade hack. Cancel the trade. Although i'm not 100% sure.
