In keeping with K2's commitment to customer service, we are happy to announce that we are implementing a new customer support system. We are currently phasing out the old system while bringing the new one online. Starting now, you will no longer be able to submit tickets via the old support system, you will still be able to view answers for the foreseeable future, as well as work with support to resolve outstanding issues in the old system.
