PlaySpan Closed Beta now live
Greetings MUtizens!
We are pleased to announce the continued progress of our partnership with PlaySpan, a company that specializes in peer-to-peer item sales. We are holding a closed beta on Midgard at the moment and invitations are still being sent.
During this process, we will be testing the parameters of this new service and making sure that the integrity of the game economy and the advantage to the players are at the top of the list.
It must also be clearly stated that the items that will be a part of this are current items, not newly created, and all transactions, even for the closed beta will be handled through PlaySpan and their team. K2 is acting as a facilitator, introducing the PlaySpan system so that GMO players can finally buy and sell in-game items for real money, and do it legally. The closed beta involves a limited number of people, and the limits are very carefully placed, so the impact should be very minimal during this closed beta process.
When submitting a regular GMO CS ticket, you will now see a tab for PlaySpan as well, this is only for the closed beta testers. PlaySpan has their own Customer Support team and all inquiries will automatically be directed to the proper PlaySpan CS rep.
