Update on Temp blocked accounts and EXP event
Hello MUtizens-
We are expecting the accounts that are temporarily blocked (to remove the duped items) to all be released by Saturday afternoon at the latest. We appreciate your understanding in this, and do not want those innocent players to miss out on the EXP event that has started, so we will be extending the event until June 2nd to ensure that all temporarily blocked accounts will receive the number of days originally posted. The updated calendar for June will be posted in the next few days, along with all event descriptions and details.
Thank you for your patience, especially those whose accounts are temporarily blocked until the investigation and duped item removal is complete. This helped all of us avoid a rollback, and I know that was something most of us were very happy to hear about. It is going to take just a bit longer and we will have those items out of the game and the accounts responsible for creating and selling them banned forever. A majority of the accounts are temporarily blocked and will be released by tomorrow evening.
