"Myths & Heroes” takes Chinese classical stories and oriental myths as its background story. In this totally new background story, players will interact with gods, immortals, demons and ghosts. It will be a completely new game experience.
In the game, there are gods who appear just but are evil in their hearts; there are closefisted but honest demon merchants; there are spirit beasts which appear stupid but are clever in their mind; there are beautiful but ferocious demon plants.
Many amusing design ideas are used in “Myths & Heroes”. Players will have a new comprehension of traditional myths.
In addition to ground scenarios and underground palaces, the world of “Myths & Heroes” includes numerous sky-floating islands which run in their own orbits. Whenever some sky-floating islands are in certain positions and form certain astronomical phenomena, they will influence the whole world. For example, players will obtain more Exp or rare items’ dropping rate will increase. Players can even buy the sky-floating islands, build houses, buy furniture and plant flowers. One can travel around the world sitting in one’s flying home."
Character Development
Myths & Heroes offers a fully customisable avatar, players can wear either traditional costume or something more modern.
There are three classes in Myths & Heroes. But it doesn’t mean that players can only play the game in three ways. A character can have several different talents, skills and sub-skills making it customisable to suit the way the individual plays.
Myths & Heroes adopts Object Software’s 4th generation five-element system. The attributes of each of the five elements reflects a particular ability or effect. For example, metal element affects the basic damage of a character.
Social/Class/Guild Structure
With the social structure of Myths & Heroes players can form factions, form alliances or group regiments to seize castles or resources.
Factions in any other game would possibly suggest a bit of a grind slog, however, players don’t have to repeat quests or collect materials in Myths & Heroes. The leader of a faction can appoint members to a position/rank. Players in different positions/ranks are allocated jobs/tasks to do, and the player is rewarded if they can complete their tasks/jobs in time. The positions/ranks in a faction are limited and of course that encourages competition within the faction itself, a player can be a leader, a manager, a constructor, a diplomat or a spy.
After joining a faction, a character will be much more influenced by the five elements, some factions will provide special training so that players will increase their rate of deadly attack against monsters by increasing their metal attributes.

Crafting Professions
There is a crafting system in game, and it is possible to inscribe a message on to an item to give as a gift or just to say who was responsible for creating it.
Quests
The whole progression of a character through the game is based around the quest system that uses the world map fully and sends the player in to instanced events.
There is also a 'Stage System' in Myths & Heroes. This involves timed quest areas, for example, if given the task of looking for a map in an underground palace which is occupied by a lot of mobs, players can choose to either kill the monsters to get reach it or to infiltrate in to the palace to steal it.
The server will record the amount of time a player takes to finish quests in a stage. And players will be rewarded according to the time they take. The server also rewards the top three players who finish the quests the fastest. And the reward is announced to all players.
PvP
There is a PvP system in Myths & Heroes and some of the instances are PvP orientated.
Lore
Additional Information
Myths & Heroes is boasting a fairly unique pet system. Pets will help players with their living skills for example opening a storage chest.
There is an independent mini pet client in game toom using this will mean players can gain experience, items and so on without even logging in to the game.
