Welcome and thank you for reading this. I want you guys to remember one thing though. This guide is only based on my own preference, which means that you can choose to do anything else and not follow this guide. But i wrote this just to help those lost souls. Remember, this is based on MY preference and MY own build, so i may be wrong to you. Also this is more of a GUN BORG guide. Ok? Ok. Now read on for more info on Borgs using Guns to kick ass.

STAT DESCRIPTION==

Well most guides start with this thingy, so will I.

Strength (STR)
- Increase Maximum HP
- Increase Carrying Weight
- Increase Physical Defense
- Increase Melee Weapon Damage
- Increase Ranged Weapon Damage

Dexterity (DEX)
- Increase Dodge Rate
- Increase Movement Speed
- Increase Bow and Katar
- Increase Other Melee Weapon Damage

Intelligence (INT)
- Increase Maximum MP
- Increase Magic Defense
- Increase Magic Attack Damage

Concentration (CON)
- Increase HP/MP Regeneration Rate
- Increase All Attack Accuracy
- Increase Gun Attack Damage
- Increase Crafting Success Rate

Charisma (CHA)
- Increase Monster Aggressiveness towards Player
- Increase Quest Reward Bonus
- Increase Quest Item Drop Rates
- Increase Normal Rare Drop Rates

Sensibility (SEN)
- Increase Critical Hit Rate (Need around 200 SEN to have almost 100% Critical Rate.)

Katars = 60% DEX , 40% STR
Bows = 75% DEX , 10% STR , 15% SEN
Crossbow = 60% DEX , 35% STR, 5% SEN

STAT DISTRIBUTIONS==

Melee Weapon Borg- Not recommended!
--------------------
Melee Borgs make use of physical strength to attack. Which is why STR is needed. I guess using Ruby 7's(STR + 35) or Diamond 7's(ATK PWR + 40) will be the only choice. However i don't really think that this build is any good. If you want a melee character, why not make Soldier instead? Soldier class have passive skills which increase melee weapon damages, but the Dealer class does not. Dealers only have gun/launcher damage increasing passive skills. Therefore it is quite a waste to make a melee Borg. Up to you though.

Gun Borg-

This is my favourite build for a Borg, although it lacks a bit of DEF and HP. This build mostly requires CON and DEX. SEN is actually quite optional, but Criticals are always good. The passive skills also increase gun damage and attack speeds(High attack speeds = more criticals). Here's how to make one! For DEX, get 3 Garnet 7's and use them as socket jewels. That gives you 120 DEX at lvl 1(35 x 3 + 15 = 120)!! Cool huh?! It also gives you some crazy dodge rate too, so what if you have low DEF or HP?!?! You can freaking dodge like Hawkers!! Then just add CON to your stats all the way, and insert a Sapphire 7(CON + 35) into your slotted weapon. Sounds great to you?! Hehe this is the build of my lvl 138 Borg!

Launcher Borg-

This Borg is also quite good, but also with some disadvantages. Launcher users will have to invest in STR, cuz that's where the damage comes from, and also because of the requirement to use launchers. With STR you have higher DEF and HP than the other 2 builds, as well as a little bit more damage then the Gun user. Unfortunately, they lack in attack speed and accuracy due to slightly lower CON. Also, they can't dodge like the Gun Dealer due to very low DEX. This build will have to use a combination of Rubies and Sapphires to boost both STR and CON.

SKILLS==
--------------------
The skills that you are about to see below are just based on my own preference. Of course you guys can learn other skills too, but to me the following are the only good ones you will need. You will realise that i didn't learn Mighty Shot or Twin Shot, because it is kinda slow to me. Within that time i could have fired 2 or 3 normal shots which might even be criticals, thus inflicting more damage. But it's up to you really.

Arms Mastery(Passive): Increases Gun/Launcher attack speed.
**Max this skill! Remember, high attack speeds = more criticals. Which is good of course.

Marksmanship(Passive): Increases Gun/Launcher damage.
**Max this skill too! Who wouldn't want more damage?! (-.-")

Market Research(Passive): Adds 2 CHA stat points each time you level this skill up.
**This skill should be maxed too, but only after the above 2 skills have been maxed. High CHA gives you better drops and also not having to waste stat points on CHA at all.

Hire Mercenary(Passive): Increases summon gauge by 10 each time you level up this skill, starting with +30.
**Max this skill too, but slowly. This skill is required in order to summon mercenaries fighters. A higher summon gauge means more mercenaries to help you out, and also results in faster leveling.

Intensify Weapon(Active): Increases Gun/Launcher attack speed for a certain duration.
**Max this!! I don't think i need to repeat why attack speed is good for you, lol.

Hire Warrior(Active): Summon a mercenary warrior.
**Leave this skill at level 3 because that is the minimum requirement to get Hire Hunter. Anything more than level 3 is quite a waste of SP.

Hire Hunter(Active): Summon a bowman which specialises in long-range attakcs.
**Leave this skill at level 5 because that is the minimum requirement to get Terror Knight. Just like Hire Warrior, anything more than level 5 is a waste of SP.

Terror Knight(Active): Summon a Terror Knight.
**WOW!! To me this is the coolest skill a Borg can get! Your strongest and only summon with an Area Attack! Max this skill! I'm sure all Borgs just love Terror Knights, don't they?

Zuly Bolt(Active): Damage a selected target with Zuly.
**I got this skill just for the sake of Zuly Storm. Leave this skill at level 5, which is the minumum requirement for Zuly Storm. This skill is quite damaging though.

Zuly Storm(Active): The game's best Area Attack using Zuly.
**Max this skill! This is the most damaging Area spell in R.O.S.E Online if i'm not mistaken. It has a huge radius of 13m at level 1, almost like a Blood Charm.

This concludes the skill section. Oh by the way, you guys should know that Borgs can't really craft well, so there is no use in getting any Crafting skills. However i know that some get Craft Mastery just for the MP increase. It increases MP by 25 each time you level starting with MP +50 at level 1. To me it's quite a waste though.

Equipment and Others==

In this section i will be listing some useful EQs and stats for a Borg.

Try getting 6/5(CON+6/Sen+5) or 7/7(STR+7/DEX+7) gears, but have more of 6/5 because those 2 stats are the most important to Dealers. However one or two 7/7 equipments are quite useful too cuz it boosts a little DEF and DEX.

Try refining equipments that you are gonna use for quite a long time.
Refine it to at least (2) or (3). But refinement is only if you are rich enough to afford the materials needed. However there is an EQ called Royal Crown. It gives a base stat of CON+10, and might have some other extra stats attached to it as well, and you also need at least 30 CHA to wear it. I recommend that you refine this to (9). The Crown is the best headgear for Dealers because of the CON bonus, and why refine it to (9) is because this EQ will be with you forever. Lol to me at least.

Oh yeah if you can, and if you're rich enough, try finding "blue" EQs. "Blue" as in items beginning with Saint.... Golden.... Elven.... Dark.... etc etc. Those have added dodge, def, magic resistance and durability for clothings. For weapons it has added accuracy, damage , durability and range. Yeah those are good if you can find or afford it, but the level requirement will be higher than normal. You'll know what i mean when u see one.
