Disclaimer : I am a hawker turned scout. Therefore I don't know if other classes have similar quest. However, a friend of mine, who is a champion, told me his quest is the same as mine. So I guess there would be only one quest for all.

The Guide
1) Begin the quest by talking to
Darren (the Mayor in Junon Polis):
2) After talking to Darren, he will ask you to talk to
Saki (the Armor Dealer in Junon Polis).
Saki will tell you a story about a few legendary heroes and how they have lost his 2 precious invention - a sundial and a compass. He then told you that these two items are kept by the
Cwarfi King in the
Beach of Genzi.
Task: You have to go to the
Beach of Genzi and fight the
Cwarfi Kings until you get the two items (the
Compass and the
Sundial). Depending on your luck, you might have to kill either only 2 Cwarfi Kings or can be as unlucky as 30. Keep in mind that this could be the most frustrating part of the quest.
Fight them Cwarfi Kings!
3) Once you got the two items, return to Junon Polis and talk to Saki again. He will tell you about a historian who resides in the
Light House in Junon Polis. The Light House is located at the extreme south of the map. Just keep walking south until you see one NPC named Jones.
Jones will tell you further about the legendary seven adventurers and the stories about the missing journal due to a careless adventurer. He will ask you to find these five missing journals.
Task: Go to Goblin Cave B2 (Coalmine Level 2), and fight
Goblin Warriors until you get all
five journals. Return to Jones after you get them.
4) Once you have returned the five missing journals back to Jones, he will tell you further about the story, and eventually you will be interested in the love-story part of the legend. At this point, Jones will tell you he don't know much about it and asked you to look for a lady in
Zant
5) The person you are supposed to find is the lady to manage the tavern (that place you buy the foods). Talk to her and she will tell you about the love story. She will then mentioned about a missing
feather of Pheonix and asked you to find it from
Stone Goloom in
George of Silent
Task: Go to
George of Silent (from Genzi Beach, take the top-right exit), and fight
Stone Golooms until you found the feather of Pheonix (you only need one). Once you found it, return it to the lady in Zant. She will then give you a recommendation document.

6) Return to Junon Polis, and talk again to Darren (the mayor). He will then forcefully ask you to donate to Junon Polis (basically, make you pay for the changejob), with a fixed amount of 200,000 zuly.
Once you agreed to pay, he will then give you choice to be which one of your prefered second class (in my case, either Scout of Raider).
Voila~ You are now a second-job
