Welcome to Toskinator's Guide to Common Courtesy in ROSE. We will discuss how to be polite during leveling and general interaction.

.:: PART ONE - The Infamous "KS" ::.
You may hear people discussing "KSing" while you are training. This basically means that someone (the KSer) has attacked a monster that obviously belonged to someone else. If you accidently start attacking someone else's monster, minimize the situation by quickly aborting your attack and apologizing. If you do this and the person still gets angry, they just make themselves look stupid. These rules generally DO NOT apply to king-type monsters that large groups of people are camping or waiting for. Feel free to join in the attack with everyone else.

.:: PART TWO - Scammers ::.
Never willing scam other people simply because you may develop a reputation and/or everyone will hate you. If you notice somebody else scamming, simply comment to the people around you by saying something simple like, "LOL! is such a scammer!". You may even prevent someone else from falling for the scam.

.:: PART THREE - n00bs ::.
You don't have to comment on a rookie character. Avoid using any variation of the word. If you have to make fun of another player to feel superior you are just waiting in line to get your ass kicked by the newbie in disguise on the clan field. That brings us to our next topic...

.:: PART FOUR - The Clan Fields ::.
According to the game, anyone on the clan field who is not in your clan,, is your enemy. Although this holds true to the mechanics of the game, it is not necessarily the best way to behave on the field. Most people tend to agree firmly on these sets of standards. Avoid killing random people of lesser power than you, or "bullying". People will become very upset if you do this. On the topic of camping monsters, you should move on to another spot if a clan is already well established there, unless you have explicit permission to stay. If you come across a clan battling a monster spawn, son't steal their hard earned clan points. If yo come across two people dueling or PvPing, don't attack one of them, tipping the odds of the fight. Don't spawn kill either, it's just not cool.

If you follow these suggestions faithfully, you will be well liked by all and have many friends.
