we will start with Bow users:
Intro and States
Bow hawkers are specialized in ranged skills. You could with a bow hawker, damage the enemy much before they touch you, slow them down or poison them, increase you accuracy, and the attack speed.
Since about 80% of the bow attack is made up of DEX (dexerity), DEX should be your main state. Another thing is the state CON, this state will be very useful especially fighting the orage and red monsters. CON basically increases your accuracy. Combined with CON, there is the SEN. SEN allows you to perform more critical hits. Critical hits are always nice to have because it ignores the enemy's defence. Str raises your Def and hp and it always ok to have some Muscles on ya.

Skills and passive skills
For the bow hawker you basically have two main attacking skills.
the Aim shot or the double shot.
Here is the diffrence, Aim shot does alot of damage with one shot and double shot shoots two arrows and damages the enemy. Aim shot could turn to hawk shot thent to eagle shot. Double could turn into tripple shot.
Aim shot info: It very accurate and high damage, prefered by alot of my friends and other players. also double shot is know to miss on higer levels
double shot: slightly more powerful than aim shot.
then, there is the hawker spirit. this move raises your accuracy for curtain amount of time. this move could be really usefull in both battles and PvPs. you should max it or leave at level 8
Holding arrows: this is a interesting move. it slows down your enemy with certain percentage but also damgages the enemy. This could turn into poison arrow after.
speed shot: One of the most important skill. this skill lets you to fire arrows reallllllllllllllllly fast.
For the passive skills.
Bow mastery: max it all out. if your using knuckles, quite this guide right now.
Combat mastery: max it, it raises your attacking speed without using MPs
Weapons and armors:
this part of the section im not too quite sure of but this is my way.
i get new armors every 15 or 20 levels or so. OR i upgrade it. this will help you save more money. For the arrows, you should not be buying anything exept for wooden ones. other arrows are waist of time unless your like lev 100 with 9999 billion zulys.
Player versus Player
THe PvP battle is exiting and hard challenge for low level who just joined. but here are few tips
PvP against soldier: Dont worry about it, if you have holding arrow, use it and keep spamming and if they dont still die use some skills like aim shot.
PvP against muse: this could take a while for you to survive. since they have low def it will be easy for you to just Cri hit them or spam arrows with out doing low damages, but remmber, they could stun you and take you out with thier powerful magic attacks. keep run around till there dead dont give them chance to kill u.
PvP: agains hawkers: this is matter of right states and skill buildings. if your luccky may be you will win. but watch out for Raiders invisible mode.
