Level 18 - White Tiger Skin(3 times repeatable)
NPC: JODAESAN(specilities shop)
First time: Hunt White Tigers, they drop "White Tiger Skin" collect 100 of those
Second time: Same as above
Third time: Get 200 White Tiger Skin
Last i checked this quest had a bug. When you press Q to bring up your quests, it shows "0"'s in place of the amount of kills you have made.
An easy solution to this problem is to check your inventory. In there you will find an icon labeled White Tiger's skin. There will be a tiny number on that icon. That is the amount of skins you have collected.
